Thomas Staring, Internship at KOKS

In 2019-2020 Thomas Staring (my brother) followed an internship at restaurant Koks in the Faroe Islands. I asked him to record footage of his adventure and combined this footage with an interview and footage I shot when I visited him. The result is the following video.
